Quality seems ok to me, did you record with 30-60 fps ingame or with 100?

As we can see, many has bad quality with legion. Why don't you try any else render settings? :/

don't forget that it also depends on your grafic card, its settings
moreover, the color you use can influence the "quality" for non-expert eyes^^ (as many effects)

And here is the same clip with legion's xvid and ffdshow:
xvid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lV5P1DwYtT4
ffdshow: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NdT9R0Sssf4
Also check framerate, it's 35.
Make sure you're watching those HD.
EDIT:
Got these from vamp (I think he has uber quality in youtube)
MODE: CBR
Windows Media Video 9
HD 1280x720
Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1,000
fps: 30.000
Seconds per keyframe: 1
Untick Override default compression buffer (seconds)
Smoothness: Sharpest
Under bit rate you tick Internet/LAN and make it "8 M"

I'll try that

Where is color correction?
A clip cannot look good no matter what the settings are without at least some color correction.
I have no idea if my way is better, but this speaks for itself: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8wuKJ9Jcdj4 .
