steam validation rejected?

Why in mutch of servers it shows me "steam validation rejected" what can i do for it?

its not about reinstall cs it's just mutch servers say's to me steam validation rejected

P.S. i am non steam player and i can't play in XJ or other servers where PRO's play :(

It's just anoying to play in server's what's in Latvia, and i can't learn from no body :/

You can't play on steam servers because you haven't got steam.
This can be fixed by reinstalling Windows.

The solution is buying CS.
