The best LONGjumper freestyler ofc. But if we must choose the best lj-er in all types, we just can to sum all blocks of one man. Example: i have 250 lj, 240 hj, 260 cj, 260 dcj and 240 sbj (and demos with this blocks, ofc). 250+240+260+260+240=1250. And who have the biggest sum, that player is the best lj-er :) Nice idea? :)

On the other hand it's not pretty good, because Freestyler has got only one wr demo and his sum will be only 257?

Sorry, Risible Ripple, but the "point" idea won't work. Just imagine the hundreds of demos that needs checking.. Would take weeks of constant checking.
Also, it won't work for the WR list. Let's say I have 256 LJ and a 243 HJ and a 245 SB all from last year. How would that make me the LJ'er of the year?

And not only this.... One can be good at cj and this GIVES A LOT ; or if to take only lj+hj ; one can be pro at hj ...
