second and third strafe ?

hello there xj, i have some big problems with my second and third strafes, first strafe gain around 10-11 second 7 third 10 or 11 what can i do so i get 10 on all 3? (Im a left pre'er)

PS : Maybe this thread will help some other peps with same problem.
