never underestimate the potential addiction of social networks. as in most cases of internet-communication, especially if you write with people you dont know in real life, it can be a shit load more interestin than "real" conversations.
anyways i deleted facebook myspace and the other stuff several years ago, since too many fags acted like it's the real shit.
if you want to become internet, do it the hardcore way with real isolation, dont just make up a spare-identity and digitalize your contacts

havnt read a single comment in the thread and im just going to give my opinion - first i thought facebook is a fucking piece of shit site,which i couldnt really understand. Then i made facebook and like visited the site once per 3 months. Then i started to check it like every week. Now i cant get off it i refresh the site between 30 secs. When i see a new massage/friendship invitation or smth new i feel like a little boy in christmas eve. its addictive, very addictive. Also i've watched The social network, a movie about facebook and its quite good actualy, i like it alot.

I leave it on background whenever I'm using my computer. I don't really hate it since it helps me organize stuff and contact with my friends. My mom and grandma use facebook too. I bet there's not many people in New York who don't have an fb account :)
