\r\n \r\nI train mma( mixed martial arts) in a club called Gladiator Bokido in Sofia. I strated it cuz i wanted to let my inner rage out. \r\nSo i recommend you to start a contact sport (kick box, mma, grapling,wrestling etc.)\r\n \r\n\r\nDon't you train things like dicipline etc at martial arts? Like to behave yourself, and control your feelings bla bla. lulz\r\n \r\n\r\nThat only applies to _actual_ martial arts.\r\n

Yea the disciplin is very important, these kind of sports learn you more than fighting, they show you the way of life. At first when i strated i was a total jurk and went only to make myself cool, but i realised that i wanna learn and get better and thats what i did and when i am on the ring/training etc. i forget about my shity day and im happy. Thats why i love the sport and the ppl that train it, cuz they can understand me. Thats all akm.
