You're just seriously weird. If I'd ever get a cramp from KZ I'd probably end up taking a long ass break.

Might be that your fingers just aren't comfortable with positioning lthem like that.

Same problem with ducking sometimes, altough not common.

try rotating your keyboard a bit. also, make sure you use a wrist rest on your keyboard, unnatural pressure to your median nerve (innervates thumb) in the carpal tunnel (inside wrist) or ulnar nerve (innervates small finger) may cause finger numbness.
