Problema with coplanar faces

this is the error:
"Error: Entity 127, Brush 0, Side 6: has a coplanar plane at (-2275, -26, -19), texture BLACK
Error: brush with coplanar faces"

but this entity is the timecounter... what should i do? i dndt change anything on the timecounter only copy and plaste.. could someone help?

never mind , i fixed.. the error was on another place but on the log show the wrong buged entity
