How to...
I look at some of the demos on some maps where there is no health bar...but then on the demos they jump from the highest part too a very low area and i dont know if its the way they land..but they seem to not loose any health at all. If there is a certain way to land and not lose health or a movement to do please let me know because i can't do any of the shortcuts on my own server because i die doing them.

They might be using edgebugs, take a look at the edgebugguide in the guides section.
Or maybe it's something else, can you please specify which demos you are talking about?
It's edgebugs fo sure. Every block have a area off 3 units that you can edgebug @. (Correct me if I'm wrong, don't remember exactly.) And it's only to hit that area. It's kinda hard most off it is luck. :) GL!

doing a efgebug is alot of luck, but if u try many times u'll get make it for sure
