First of all, good job, this is a fast result, pretty good...

In my opinion, you have to play more with settings, such as :

- 3D Text Animation : You can download Andrew Kramer's presets here http://www.videocopilot.net/presets/ ! For the installation, it's explained here : http://www.videocopilot.net/presets/installing_presets/ and then type "3D" in AFX's search field, you'll find his presets (several ones), simply.
You'll understand what "3D Text" is by watching that : http://vimeo.com/16319775 0:08 - 0:11 for instance.

- Opacity & Blur : They are sometimes lacking, appartitions and movements seem too rough sometimes.

- Color & Font : I'm not so keen on what you've done, they are some good stuff, such as the incrusation mode you used (@ 0:37 for instance and also on several others text). If you're lacking of ideas, go here http://www.dafont.com and download new stuff...

Overall, good job for a first work, keep it up !

Btw, don't hesitate to hit F9 on movement keys (or any other keys) to make it smoother !
