I have played with 60 hertz on a crt monitor for 3 years until recently. I tried 100 hertz, and I gotta say it's alot smoother, but it makes my sensitivity faster... So my question is: Do anyone have a calculator/software or something, that tells me what my sens would be at 100 hertz, if it is 2.3 @ 60 hertz?

Hope you understand.

(old hz x old sensitivity)/(new hz) = new sensitivity

Found this on GotFrag.. Try it out :-) Can't check it myself at the moment :-P

Do you have a football field to strafe in, zhady?
I use 7, haha.

Yeah but mouse is an important factor here, dpi, windows sens :P. I suppose that you two don't have the same mouse :).
Ex: I use 1800 dpi on my razer deathadder (3500dpi ver), 2.1 in game and 4 in windows.

Daamn with such sens I'd be doing 360s instead of strafes

@zhady: Oh, I feel stupid, haha.

@|Hunter|: I'm using 6 in Windows, 1500 DPI on my Razer Lachesis and 7 in-game.

@opa: What can I say? I have delicate hands, honey.

Napz , for the last 3 years you played @60hz? Didnt that like made your eyes bleed? i cant stand looking at a monitor at 60hz + when you play at your max hz(depending on your monitor) cs is a whole different thing, i think you know what i'm talking about. Btw the sense changes too, but cant you just lower your windows sens or logitech sens in the drivers page and just find out by yourself whats the best sens for u
a little bit offtopic but i love the hz thing conversations

is not the same playing on 60hz CRT and LCD/TFT whatever

What about 120 Hz 3d LCDs ?
Are they better than 100 Hz CRT ?

I heard people saying that LCD can only reach 70Hz...

LCD 60 or 120
