Fetal Error?

Hello every body.
I use Counter-Strike to open kztw_ leftpark.bsp
Then..

Fetal Error
Bad surface exents 28912/0 at position (-768,-2032,-800)

But my Worldcraft is checked
No any error.

HELP:/

you "fit" a texture on a small face (like 1-2 units), pretty hard to find the face, or faces... good luck :)
