Greetings guys.
I would like to ask a question related to two pictures at the links below regarding if that guy "cL1ck" has or has not developer setting turned on.
I personally think so, since his max speed is way too high compared to other values.

How can we know if that guy cheats or not without a demo as a proof? Please delete this useless thread. Imo it's bugged stats.
