only in 1.6?

helo guys, my first post here, im so happy i found such a grate site, i have been playing kz for a long time, im not a pro but im just a standard player.

im wondring what do you think of jump maps in css? is it any good?

css jumping is rly different from 1.6, ive tried it for some weeks, you cant rly do fast strafes cuz of the airaccelerate...
if you want to jump with better graphics (source engine), you should give KZMod a try, and its even more 1.6 when the new Version is released (this summer..)

I really dont like css also jumping in css :S For me cs1.6 is the best for all mods. Whatever, have fun on the site :)

the jump maby deferent as you say BLues but how about the maps? you know with advanced game engine such HL2 it could be auwsom maps done there.

itried searching for forums like yours here but i didnt foudn anyone, its seems climb is not so popular is its in 1.6

I'm jumping on CSS for almost 1 year now (I guess). When XJ-CSS was still alive i was the second best world record holder of the world. While the scene almost died after the CSS update, I kept jumping.

JekkT: the css maps is so hurrublly boring, i played many of them last week, i finnish them without any problems, they should try to make harder maps and more realistic, many maps had just fantasy rocks in the middle of the air that we climb on lol

I really don't know anything about this mod, could someone just tell me how to install it ?

I've downloaded both files here http://www.kzmod.com/download.php?list.3 and before installing them, do I need to install CSS or smthn else ?

Quite Easy, Download and Install "Kzmod Beta 4 Installer (Client and Server)", then Restart Steam and you should see Kreedz Climbing 4.0 in your Library.

Now Download and Install the 4.2 patch and restart Steam again, you should find "Kreedz Climbing Beta 4.2" in your Games Library..if not you do not own a Source-Game (CSS, HL2DM, HL2 etc.)

I hope it works for ya :)
