The best speed-average in KZ?

Okaym I might have putten on a too big perspective in the title but what I meant was to find the record with highest speed-average. With no axn maps or cg_falling included.
But I get all the points made in this thread, because ofcourse the worldrecords on specific maps are the greatest times in the world. I should have put some more effort into the description. - Well it was late ^^

Edit: Toonworld excluded too, because of the fallback slide, might be a bit of a niezche thing to ask for. But I think it's kinda interesting.

I think the fastest run is probably on some map which has been "geeked" the most. trC_climbgarden is quite fast.

kz_cellblock is by far the hardest to improve.

What is not to understand? What is the ultimate speedmap record? cg_coldbhop is a good guess, cliffez, goldbhop, rockblock, erarock, deanhawkins and toonworld are quite fast too. I'm looking for THE fastest.
No amx maps included.

codbhop_v2 is hard to improve, i think 1.5 seconds and it will be unbeatable. clintmo bhop maps are also quite fast.

Actually it's quite hard to say what's the fastest WR, it depends on the map. Imo, u can't compare speed maps like trc_climbgarden and skitz_bean_valley with maps such as sandblock2 etc.. But, I guess, the demos on kz_cliffez and bkz_goldbhop are quite fast.
Also spr1n's run in kz_cg_wigbl0ck is really hard to be improved because of those 3 jb's but without them the run is kinda slow.
