Problem with lj

Hello guys , since i was played LJ i have 252 lj bl , but i was stoping for 1-2 mounth and now i can't jump more than 250 :X , look this demo and said when i am wrong, i know my strafes know are extremely bad but,,, http://www.megaupload.com/?d=HF68AQU7

Ok, im not very good longjumper, but as i see you didn't receive any feedback, so i will suggest you a bit. I think everything is ok with your LJ, but sync is kinda low. Try to do not so many strafes, and watch what will happen.
Also, i had this problem too, so i changed my mouse's Hz, and everything is ok for now.
