Logitech G5

Hey,

I've been playing KZ for a while now, I quit shooting. But what i'm looking for is the best mouse for KZ. I used MS 3.0 for shooting, I got a diamondback but it just doesn't fit my big hand. Last best I got the G5, I decided to start using my G5 back again, but here's the thing. When I move my G5 too fast, it just freezes for a second or 2. I've been searching alot at your forums, but haven't find any solution yet. My main goal is lj/cj etc.. stats, not really into bhopping that much.
My setup and settings:
Logitech G5 + Steelseries QcK+
Windows XP
Windows sens: 6/11 Ingame sens 1.4@800dpi, still trying to find the perfect sens..
I got setpoint installed and got the interpolling rate at 1000hz atm. And I ofc got the -noforce commands in launch settings.
So yeah all help is appreciated, I just thought this forum was the best place to look for the solution, since prolly a lot people here have G5 and may have experienced the same problem as I did.

Well, you should clean up the laser and try playing without mousepad. I had the same issue while ago and I fixed by simply removing my shitty pad.

I cleaned the laser and uninstalled setpoint. It works now thanks :)
Even tho the scroll still sucks :(
