Team tournament suggestion

Hi everyone , before a few months i create team tournament which only Bulgarian kreedz performed and developed my idea.Now i`m going to give some details about it...
10 teams which contain 3 players and 3 urns.These 30 players are seperate in the 3 urns.Every urn has different map and 10 players in it.So every team has representative in each of the urns.The players in each urn must be static.All players have a period of time to record(1 week or less).When the 3 players of the team send their demos their times are gathering and obtaining one time after that their time is grade with the other teams time.When they are grade every team recieve points.Some of the details can be change such as the nuber of the teams , the period for rec etc...

p.p this kind of tournament is a bit slow , but I hope to like my creation...i`m grateful to bulgarian kreedz for developing it.Sorry if i have mistakes my english is not so good.
