FPS Problem

Hello guys , i have big problem with my fps, since i was with windows 7 i doesnt have this problem, but i change my windows to XP, and also dont have problems but i have played 3-4 days and it happend , now my fps in each CS ( CZ, 1.6 , Ded server) is around 10~20 , i don't have any problem with my COMPUTER SUCH AS PROCESOR, RAM , VIDEO.. the problem is only in cs :( see picture of it: http://prikachi.com/images/626/3256626k.jpg
How to solve this problem , without have to reinstall my PC :( pls help

just download the latest graphics driver for ur card and set cs to run in opengl mode
