After Effects | I messed up... HELP?

Hi, I need to know how I can put so the text follows the mouse again if I drag something in the comp area? As you can see here in this picture it wont show at the spot until I let go and drop the white box where I want it. It's really annoying. I was pressing something earlier and I dont know how I activated that ****** Piece of junk..
