Magic Bullet Looks ERROR PLEASE HELP

Hi,all. Now when i put the magic bullet look and click on edit it comes this error "Sorry, unable to launch the LooksBuilder application" please, help if u now how to fix this problem :)

Bad Graphics card.Or Looksbuilder.exe or something is already running so you could try ending the process! :)
