question

Hello , i have some problems with fps drops , and i think that may come from video card but im not so sure . in water , when i see score table , or in flash , or when i put the cs in start line and enter again -> the fps decreasing with 20 - 30 , and in smoke gas puf i have like 8-15 fps . my pc not so good but i think i should not have this drops . here's my pc : http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/838/unledml.png/ http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/846/vid.png/

I know my vid card is a bit low but .. if you got some tips i hope you'll post some . thx
