cl_cmdrate and cl_updaterate

use 101 and 101, although I'm not sure if it's important in kz. cmdrate = how often do you send data to server and the value should be same like your fps.
updaterate = how often you receive data from server (101=max, most servers can provide you with this amount). anyway as I said this mostly influences shooting not jumping

There's so many guides for how you should set your rates, according to your connection and such. I suggest you to google and you'll find a tutorial, or more information. :-)

Well, I use both 30 for kz, 101 for regular.
