Youtube problem.

hello, after youtube got some random update with somekind of speed button which doesn't even effect for me... at the sametime I lost my buffering line, and now if I watch any video in youtube, it freezes every sec and it doesn't even help if I wait 10 mins before playing the video.

so does anyone know what the f**k is wrong?
