Screen Problem PLease HELP!!!

Ok guys. Yesterday i was playing CS and i went to the bathroom. When i came back the screen on CS and on All of my games looked like this.

But why is it damaged only on the games?

You can clearly see that this was painted on. Look at the right, round brushes.

DUde its painted because when i made a screenshot with fraps everything was fine man dont u understand?

graphics card ot settings, what's your VIDEO CARD ? nvidia ot ati radeon?

His card is nvidia maxed out and he played with maximized vc's settings before with no problems so it would be some part like processor damaged or your integrated card (the one you use , you dont have other)its damaged so check them out.
