Mwheeldown or Mwheelup?

i use space in all jumps because i also play normal servers
It seems impossible to bhop without using your mwheel, unless you have some other wheel attackment to your keyboard, how do you bhop?
up = +jump
down = +duck <-- makes sense right? up to go up and down to crouch down? lol

Down = duck (mostly used for doubleduck)
But sometimes I forget which one that is jump, so I kinda fuck the whole thing up, then. :D

mwheelup -> for all jumps
space -> for the jumping on water at surfmaps :P
I jump with down and make crouch with up ...
DoWn 4 all jumps up 4 doubleduck ctrl 4 normal duck and i have bind on mouse 3 jump too...:D..sorry for english
