Hi there. Some days ago scroll in my g500 got fucked up, i tried to fix it but nothing helped so i bought a new one. But the problem is that it is switched on (the dpi lightning are working, i can switch between the dpi levels) but it doesent react on movements at all. Setpoint and Windows don't recognize it as well. I tried to plug my old g500 and it works fine - setpoint recognizes it. So i went to give the new one back to shop, they checked it and there it worked fine! I took it back and tried again at home. Same result - it doesen't work.

Yes, i tried to change usb port.
Yes, i tried to reinstall all the mouse drivers.
