Yeah, if my fps isn't 100 on some map.

with renderer mode "D3D" my fps is 80 even on dust2 :D but with "OPENGL" 100 fps only


Depends on the map really, and do you use ATI or Nvidia?

Guys I made few maps but whenever i run them my hammer stops working, i even tried downloading premade maps like de_dust2.emf even when i run them my hammer stops working can any1 plz help me

Open your task manager then open MSI Afterburner and then open a map where you aren't reaching 100fps and just see which one is the bottleneck.

Like if your GPU usage is at 20% and 1 core of cpu at 100% then it's clearly that your GPU is not fast enough to process the needed data so your GPU has to wait for it to finish it's calculations before it can ask it to process more data. Due to this some frames are skipped = lower fps because the frames simply cannot be calculated.

Another option is of course the opposite, your gpu is maxinx out but that would require some truly ancient hardware.

As for me when I was testing with a GTX 570 and i5 2500k @ 4,5ghz, settings developer 1 and fps_max 1000, my 1 core cpu usage was at 100% while gpu was just sitting at below 20% usage.

Jonde, yes, my one core is about 90% loaded and gpu is about 15% loaded. That is at me the weak processor (cpu)?
