movie 200fps (HLAE) ~> render ? fps

i have a movie in 200 fps record by HLAE\r\nand i render to avi by virtualdub\r\nspeed of this video is too low:|\r\nthen i goto sony vegas and play with max speed (4.000)\r\nthis video speed is low\r\n\r\nhelp me plz!

VirtualDub must have the same fps that you use in startmovie

maybe my pc can't do that, i set frame to 200 and save as avi
video output not great, some time run 200fps some time run default 10fps and miss some frame ...

with 100 fps too,
now i try run in 10 fps(vitualdub) and try increase of fps in sony vegas :|

It wont look good after the VirtualDub have converted it into an .avi it never does. Just put it in vegas and start editing and follow ndR's guide for the perfect quality =)

use 200-300 fps input (hlae) same in vdub and use in sony vegas 30 fps (output) and yeah like warthful said folow ndr's way for nice quality :)
