help ~ video quality on utube

Hey guys ,in the past weeks I've started to play GTA san andreas multiplayer and I'm making movies in it and the only way to record a movie is by Fraps .It worked fine but now ,when I record something and I watch it ,it looks good when I watch it on my computer but when I upload it to youtube it looks like this :

Hi , you can use WeGame , its free and much better than fraps .

It's Youtube codec fail, I guess. I have the same mistake here. I don't know how fix it. You use Xencoder by Lazze?
