AAE problem

Building on the topic, I have a problem in Adobe After Effects CS4 is the following problem when I finish editing the video and put example to render the clip was 0:10 seconds after he starts to have rendered 0:30 segundos and at a speed different from the normal 0:10. but the video is very slow, do not know why this occurs if one of you know if it's a setting in the rendering or something could help me. I will be grateful, I want to fix this problem so that it can render the edits but with much speed and without this bug.
