1.75 Mb/s when I'm downloading on uTorrent and such. It was either this, or a crappy one for €30 where I get like under the half of all this. And the upload speed helps with the ratio on private torrent sites.

You won't believe how expensive Norway is in comparison to, let's say, USA. A game on the Xbox 360, brand new, is €60+. In USA it's €30-35..

A reason is because Norway has such good salaries for the employees. Norway has the multi billion oil fond, so when the government (or w/e) uses some of the money there, the prices in the store go up a little bit - because the money looses its value otherwise. Hasn't happened in years, though. The oil fond money is being saved up for the next generations that go into retirement, you know those old people who don't work. Forgot the name of it.

And the internet is unlimited.

I think its because of high standard of living at North countrys.
for example in Ukraine 100mb unlim costs around 8-10 euros :(
