Listen server problem

Hello guys,in the past 2 weeks i've noticed that when i play on my lan server (whatever map i play) when i disconnect or quit cs it freezes and i have to open task manager and manually stop it with killing the hl.exe process.Any ideas how to fix,or it is a Steam update thingy?

P.S. : Tried disconnect in console,quit in console and disconnect and quit game from the game menu,still freezing.Some times when i connect to public servers it freezes with server loading also.

If you have a CS Steam then try to reinstall Steam

You could try the basic's.

1. Delete the blob file
2. Verify the files
3. Reinstall cs
4. Reinstall steam

Faulty plugins might also cause it, try to re-add the plugins one by one to see if has any effect.

Delete config.cfg and let it automaticly download 1 standard one.

Scan computer once in a while, clean dust in the fans and make sure its not overheating. If none of the fixes work, do a re-install of windows

It's not plugins fault,it happens on every listen server (for example on xj's official pack 2.1).
It's not config issue.
No viruses found,i clean it very often,it's not overheating (temps vary from 25 to 40 max).
Reinstalled windows today (XP,7).
All i got to do is reinstall steam,thanks for help,close thread.
