well, its not like the sc is 3 min. into the run. . .you could try this sc many times. .. its not that bad if you miss, just takes like *30* seconds to get to it.

Edit: You don't have slide all the way up and jump from the top, you can jump from the triangle-shaped block next to the rope, and bhop on the rope...

Its possible to save ALOT more time on this sc by doing something like this:

Only did it with scout, but came so close with knife i'm sure its possible. I think its waay to hard to do in a run though..

Red is bhop, and purple is slide. Though it takes a good boost to get a hang on that slope, so you don't fall off. But sure there is faster ways to do it, I just thought this one was the easiest..
