Formated computer and now...

Hello all,

i formated my computer today because i wanted to get XP pro back and now cs looks like this:

i tought the problem were some drivers, but i think i installed all of them. (or maybe i installed wrong ones :o)

my computer is fujitsu siemens amilo si 1520.
