Plugin download section

Hey guys. I was browsing through the scripting section looking for some plugins, and I saw that a lot of links are dead. Some of the coders that made these are inactive, and we have to wait for other people to upload which can take a while.
So I was thinking you should make a "Plugins" page in the downloads section to get rid of the dead links problem.

A thread could be made where users suggest what plugins should be uploaded, or give upload acces to a few trusted coders. Haven't figured that part out yet.

Anyway a little something that would save people like me a lot of google and alliemods searching. :D
