Hello there ,
i decided to learn and build a kz map like 2 or 3 months ago and i started one the Ganjablock ;D

there are 3 rooms and the jumps are easy and there are some bhops aswell.

i started doing it 1 motnh ago but i cannot work on it alot cus i have to work in life ;).

it will be done till 15th of next month for sure cus ill have to go away from pc for long time.

oh my lord could u have picked a slower image hosting site??? i feel like im on 56k trying to load the pictures! and from what i could even bother to see it looks like it wasnt even worth it.

weed themed maps are just...blah.

the textures are pretty boring

the giant walls surrounding everything looks bad (no open sky anywhere? maybe there is but the pics take TOO DANG LONG)

jumps look kinda lame

spelling out words with brushes and incorporating them into the jumps was cool with the map _jost, and thats about the only map it was cool in.

i see ur new to mapping which is fine, everyone has to start somewhere, but when i see "new mapper" maps it always looks like they've never seen a good map before starting. obviously im not saying COPY OTHER MAPS, but when u map, stop and think to urself, does this hold up against a map like (if ur doing a block map) kz_forgotton? its an extreme example i know but slapping together a few rooms and blocks really doesnt cut the mustard anymore these days if u wanna get people to play/like ur map

Hello timmy , thanks for ur feedback and ur comments ;D , well yeah i am new mapper and if i had more time i would just learn more at mapping so i get more experience..

sry for te img links that problem is the image is too big and the site is slow for big imgs i can say..

why u say weed themed maps are just blah , there is not EVEN 1 Weed map out there . just cannabisbhop soemthing like that with just a floor texture ...

yea ur right but still is worth creating a first map to learn more and more , wasnt it same with u when u started learning the hammer editor? did u create and build lame stuff.. i am just bad with vertex tool and thats why i cannot make that pro jumps... so i can say its newbie map ;D..
