Strafes help me please ;(((

I do not know what was happening to me. Strafes I do not go.
My record is 250lj. There are days when I still at 245-250 all the time.
And there are days which occur more frequently when I did not leave the zone.
Pre does well. I can not even jump over 220 block. Some exercises in the zone or something. It is very important because I think about it to stop in this play by these idiot strafes, and I really like HNS. I ask you for help. : (
