Hi guys!I have a huge driver related (or not) problem.When i try to open Catalyst Control Center,nothing happens it just won't start.I want to configure my settings for doing movies and etc. daily stuffs.Can somebody help me fix my driver control center issue please?
Windows7 SP1 32bits
ATi HD3650 DDR2/128bits/512Mbytes
Driver Version:8.1(i always install it from the cd,had this issue like 2-3 times).

Don't bother installing the ancient drivers. They are outdated.

Download the newest drivers here: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx

I get poor performance with them but..if it will fix the problem,ok then.Thanks Jonde.
