texture/wad problem

hi,

i'm new in the mapping so my mate give me some help for made new texture etc..

my problem here is, i added some new texture in my personnal wad file, but when i'm in hammer, the texture not appear... for my mate it's work perfectly, but not for me, i've only the "old" texture

i added my texture with Wally ofc and i correctly config hammer

sry for my english but i hope you understand me and you can help me :>

delete the texture and close the hammer, reopen and add the wad

Try making a new wad file. Or save the wad if u havent done that

Try fixing your Folder locations, Make sure everything is like "C:\hammer\HERElocations\asd" so game/textures everything is there.. your windows can coust some big problems with locating textures/game etc if they aren't aligned with Drive name "C:\ , D:\" etc.. ( this was my problem with compiling maps )
