Is This Hlae Problem Or Demo Problem

hello guys . i need help .... this is the problem : when i launch my hlae and when i try to make campath i have the black bars (first person , Free Look u know what i mean) is this hlae problem or demo problem ? and how can i fix that.... ? help guys
EDIT : This only happens when im trying to make campath ...

If so, then DL this : http://www.moviemaking.fr/telechargement/download.php?id=1721&check=b3ee86709d77ba058167fd62ea7bcb1d and copy it into your mvm cstrike folder.
