abt movie file transcoder(help me pls)

my made movie the steps:
================
1.vegas -> render to AVI(lossless,100FPS,best quality)

2.i use [H.264 Encoder] this software to transcoder(mp4,high quality,100FPS)

3.i upload movie to video website.
================

there was a serious problem:
in video website my movie fps is down!!


in HLAE i used 600FPS for record.

pls tell me,how do you do it??

You've rendered it with way to high FPS.. You should use a maximum of 60. But anything about 30 is fine.

Also, you should try out Xencoder by Lazze it's just as easier as H.264 and gives off better results..

That's the only two things I can think of.
