You mean about timeleft? Type:
bind "TAB" "+showscores; timeleft"

Otherwise I don't know what you mean.

I guess you mean the timer time..?

There is no plugin for that because its not possible with an external plugin (at least in prokreedz or kzarg)

You need to implement in the timer plugin (prokreedz ,...) with

set_user_frags(index, Time/60)
cs_set_user_deaths(index, Time%60)

and update with set_task() every seconds.
If you havent any scripting knowledge, forget it
