What headphones/headset do you have?
Give others a full review of what headphones/headset you use at the moment, so people like myself could read what headphones/headset are worth to buy, and what arent.
I want to hear your own experience with the headphones/headsets, and not some googled reviews. This is what makes it so exciting, having a regular player giving his own review of the headphones/headsets his using. Give all positive and negative sides of the headphones/headsets you have now, and not the ones you wish to have. If you got any previous headphones/headset you can include them on the review as well.
• Simply tell the readers your first impression of the design in your headphones/headset.
• Is it meant to be a regular/gaming/hardcore gaming headphones/headset?
• The quality of them (good/bad)
• Does the headphones/headset easly break?
• Does it have a good microphone?
• Are they expensive? Should they be cheaper? why?
• And also any other stuffs about the headphones/headset you wish to tell.
You can also have pictures of it, so people can see how they look like (if they are to lazy to google it)

Im using the Creative Fatal1ty MKII, its a ealy nice headset. But the first time using it the cups will felt like they werent deep enough or how i should say it. The sound was great and it still is after 1 year of using it :P and when you get used to the cups they are realy comftable. The microphone is removable and can be turned up/down in 180degrees which is a bad thing. My mic broke during the summer so i have to use a mic form another headset now.
Another "bad" thing is that when you quickly take the headset of without removing the cups like they should the headset cups sort of smashes togheter which for me it cracked on one side, then fixed cracked on ther other side, then my father used some sort of plastic thing and now they are as good as new again. Well another thing i dont like about it is that the cord isnt braided, its just plastic cord so it tangles easily.
Well besides all the bad parts its a REALY good headset, its comftable when you get used to it, its pretty cheap now, around $40 for a awsome headset. The design is pretty nice, a glossy colour too it with the Fatal1ty signature on the cups ;P
I would rate this headset about a 8.5-9/10

Sennheiser PX 100-II : http://www.sennheiser.com/sennheiser/products.nsf/resources/0024E4D66502B5DDC12576240048A1CF/$File/PX_100_II_ProductImage_black.jpg
- Price ~ 40$
- Utilisation : Music (main one) + Playing games.
- Design : Nice design, very light.
- Sound quality : Just amazing, trebles are nice / mediums are very good / basses are uber, I would recommand it to anyone who listen to some fat music. It's simple, most of the tests give it a 4/5 or 5/5, the only thing they dislike is its treble which could be better (not important as long as you're not listening to some classical music), and the fact that the basses are too powerful (which is in my case, a huge plus !).
- The only thing I dislike it's the jack which isn't resistant.
Great headphones, compared them too the best sellers and still loving it. I've been using them for around 4 years, had to change it twice, due to the jack issue, but I'm still buying it ! <3

I just bought them 2 days ago, and I have to agree with you. Really comfortable headsets, good quality and pretty decent gaming headsets. :)
I'm a satisfied owner of Sennheiser HD555. http://www.digimedia.ru/UserFiles/image/materials/2009/august/idozers/sennheizer-hd-555.jpg
-Talking about their design, you can love them or hate them. They're kinda massive, with earcups reaching well over ears. They way in which the earcups join the arch gives you the impression that they form one piece. One of the reasons why I bought them was because I like how they look.
-I wouldn't recommend them for gaming. Generally speaking, you don't want headphones with strong bass for gaming (shooting, footsteps produce rather high frequencies).
-They're considered to be the entrance gate into the world of hi-end sound, and they prove this by delivering astonishingly rich, full, one could even say surround sound, with high treble clarity; thumping but clean bass, sparkling mids and well-defined highs. The overall impression for me was very enjoyable, although I need to add that this was my first experience with audiophile headphones.
-They're quite sturdy, I managed to drop them on several occasions, they survived without visible / audible damage
-No mic
-you can get them on ebay for ~80 E
If you're looking for a quality shift from common headphones like koss porta pro / sennheiser px100, you might consider geeting a pair of these. you won't be disappointed. I'd even say that they have one of the best prize / quality ratio on the market. Note : best experience achieved when using a headphone amplifier and/or a proper sound card.
TT, I really want to bui a SH HD555 myself, but i can't find it anywhere.
At the moment i have Steelseries Spectrum 5xb.
I have a Plantronics Gamecom 367 since 4 years now.

It's really awesome, the headphone panels are huge and they cover integrally your ears, so that there's a minimal distraction from the "outside" when you play or just listen to mp3 !
I really recommand it, plus it's very cheap (like 31-35€ !). :D

Some random crap, probably costs under 10 euros.
Loudspeakers > headphones.
• Simply tell the readers your first impression of the design in your headphones/headset.
Well I've got a SteelSeries 5h v2 headset, and at first I thought it looked uber. Now after a couple of years of use I think it's friggin huge, it looks so big lol :E
• Is it meant to be a regular/gaming/hardcore gaming headphones/headset?
It's supposed to be a gaming-headset.
• The quality of them (good/bad)
Good, I've had no problems thus far! (Had them for.. 2-3 years :))
• Does it have a good microphone?
Yeah it's OK, it gives beeping noises in the background sometimes but I can't find anything else negative with it.
• Are they expensive? Should they be cheaper? why?
They're not really that expensive nowadays, I got it for christmas so I don't know how much they costed when I got them. (599 swedish KR now)

• Simply tell the readers your first impression of the design in your headphones/headset.
I've had a couple of headphones in my days, I don't use headsets, in different ranges, money wise. The first impression is high quality and high quality sound.
• Is it meant to be a regular/gaming/hardcore gaming headphones/headset?
Supposed to be music/amplifier headphones, with a wide range of hertz.
• The quality of them (good/bad)
Awesome, best I tried so far.
• Are they expensive? Should they be cheaper? why?
They are pretty expensive, 145€. And it's exactly the right price, nothing less nothing more. Quality for the price, you can feel they cut down the fee of the box to improve the headphones. 9/10
/Moxx (who's tired of ppl buyin 50$ headsets and thinking it sounds good) :)
