its only for suspicions and solid reports on violators. also i think its pretty bad to see how everyone is able to bust hackers. it means private demo programs are spread to all of these people.

yes, he cheats, but u need to find good friends to do these checks privately so u dont need to break any rules in ways that other people can see.

You don't need a program to see that this was cheated (Face Palm)
