Enhance pointer acceleration

The "enhance pointer acceleration" is off when im not ingame but when i launch cs it automaticly turns itself on. How to disable it permanently even in cs... help :(

ps: im on win xp

had the same problem before, seems like it fixed itself after turning if off a X number of times xD
and the -noforce commands wont help for this problem
If i remember this correct now, the noforce commands sets the same acceleration and speed that you have on your desktop which has the pointer acceleration on.

Steam -> Library -> Counter-Strike -> Properties -> Launch Options -> Type these (unnecessary to write in particular order.)
