long bhop

hey, ive always been into kz maps but never really knew about sites like, this, just started bhopping and longjumping, getting better with practice.
Just wondered how do you get extreme distance on a bunnyhop, like just one jump then you fly off on the second one and hit 200 units+ or somehting. Ive been practicing on that cbble jump in back of B, but could still use some advice.
Any help would be appreciated!
