Mouse problem or keyboard problem????

Hello guys im writing because i have a serious problem...Before two days i bought myself a new mouse and a new keyboard Called x7 OSCAR G800V Keyboard and a x7 OSCAR Xl-747H mouse and now i cant even jump 245 units and my sync has fallen to 15-20 percent.My question is from what is this problem cuz my old mouse and key which are over 3 years old are much cheaper and even not for gaming and i still make wonders with them but when i plugg the new gaming ones i start to suck very hard can you please help me fix this problem guys i will be very grateful!!!

yeah but from 30 jumps i get like 1 with 50 gain and a good sync and the others are with 20 ... i`ve been thinking that my keyboard is with a little delay
