Sky bug.
Well im making an map with some outside/inside levels, but on the outside i use light_enviroment and a normal sky, but on the lower level i can see some parts of the upper level.

how to fix that without moving the levels. ty
well its not a sky bug, its visibility issue and thanks to sky you can see it. you can make higher wall, but that would be just hiding the problem, not fixing it.
1. use VIS -full option when compiling
2. dont make big entity brushes
3. if those levels are not physically connected then you probably have a leak (or a skybox around whole map). fix it
3. use visBlockers (word brushes) to block visibility between connected rooms. with illogical architecture (like here when one canyon is lower than another, + wall from one side and sky from another) you can see stuff in other rooms if those are connected in a bad way. rebuilding map to get rid of illogical architecture additionally is advised too...
their are connected by a tunnel and i use vis -fast cuz im still building it . i ll try with -full and see what happens. ty
ty spr1n , with vis -full it helped but the river is func_convenyor and it is a big brush , what do you recomend?
[ i think the best way is to build the walls on the lower level taller =x that will hide the river behind then =] ]
[blockquote]2. dont make big entity brushes[/blockquote]
you can just make couple separate entities (conveyors) instead of big one
i tried but the water textures kinda bug when i cut in small pieces, i build a taller wall on the lower level and worked =x ty spr1n
