100 HZ Problem

Hello guys, i have pretty weird HZ problem in CS.

When i use 120 hz i dont have that blurry line middle of the screen, but 120 hz is not synctable with 100 fps.

But when i use 100 HZ and launch counter strike, i have weird blurry line middle of the screen when i do strafes :/
But its smoother than 120 HZ and i like to play with it.
Anyone have same problem ?

take a picture with camera of your monitor while playing b/c i can't really understand what blurry line it is...

probably that the monitor doesnt support over 60/75hz or i dunno

This monitor is 3D monitor and this support 120 HZ.

I had similar issue with other games... Go to gpu control panel and try to "force on" vsync..
